2. General

We process your personal data only as far as necessary to run this website and to carry out your rides. This website uses no cookies and no tracking, and loads no content from third parties. We only count page views, without IP addresses (see section 4).

3. Server log files

With every visit, the server automatically records: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, amount of data transferred, the previously visited page (referrer), and the browser and operating system used.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). The log files are deleted automatically after no more than 15 days.

4. Visitor statistics

In addition, we count page views. For this, the server keeps a separate log that contains no IP address and stores addresses without any appended parameters. It records: time, page requested, status code, amount of data transferred, referring page (without parameters), and browser type and operating system.

From this, the GoAccess software, which runs on the server in Germany (see section 7), produces only aggregated figures, such as views per day and per page. Individual visitors are not recognised. No cookies are set, no script runs in your browser, and no data is passed to third parties.

Like the server log files, the statistics log is deleted automatically after no more than 15 days. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is to find out which content of this website is used.

5. Contact and booking (phone, WhatsApp, Viber, e-mail)

The booking fields on the home page are not sent to us or to third parties, and we do not store them: your browser only uses them to put together the text of a WhatsApp message. The WhatsApp, Viber, phone and e-mail buttons only open the corresponding app on your device. No data is sent at that point — a message is only sent when you send it yourself.

When you contact us, we process the data you send us (e.g. name, phone number, date, time, pick-up and destination, number of passengers). The purpose is to arrange and carry out your ride; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual steps). The data is deleted once it is no longer needed, unless the law requires longer retention (e.g. for invoices).

If you use WhatsApp or Viber, your messages are transmitted via these services. The providers are WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) and Viber Media S.à r.l. (2, rue du Fossé, L-1536 Luxembourg). They process data under their own privacy policies (WhatsApp, Viber); data may be transferred outside the EU. If you do not want this, please call us or send an e-mail.

6. Storage in your browser

This website stores only two settings in your browser (localStorage): the font size you selected, and that you closed the privacy notice. These settings never leave your device and are not sent to us or to third parties. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.

7. Hosting and processor

This website is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) in a data centre in Germany. No data is transferred outside the EU.

Technical implementation and maintenance are provided by Quality Webdesign, Stefan Rohwer (Lüneburger Straße 4, 21614 Buxtehude, Germany) as processor.

A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Quality Webdesign; Hetzner Online GmbH is engaged as a sub-processor.

8. Fonts

Fonts are loaded exclusively from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external provider.

9. SSL/TLS encryption

The connection to this website is encrypted. You can recognise this by “https://” and the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.

10. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

11. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Croatia, the competent authority is:

Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), Ulica Metela Ožegovića 16, 10000 Zagreb, Hrvatska
